First: relaxation
You will learn to relax through post-hypnotic suggestions in a peaceful environment. Relaxation is at the core of hypnosis. Indeed a relaxed person is healthier on all levels, physical, mental and emotional.
During a session you get positive messages suggested to your subconscious mind. This will predominate over negative messages you may tend to have, such as "maybe I can" versus " I can!" "I will do it!" "I will stop smoking!" "I will eat smaller healthy portions of food".

This meditation class will teach you various basic meditation, visualisation and relaxation techniques. This class is offered in a friendly environment, giving you the opportunity to learn amongst the greatest stress management tools, as well as means to focus your mind and live with greater awareness. This session will provide you with an non-dogmatic overview of all great philosophical traditions and enable you to directly experience their benefits.

This class is provided for anyone interested in Yoga, Relaxation, Stress Management and Meditation. You will be able to develop greater awareness of body and mind, gain greater physical strength and flexibility and learn how to meditate. The type of yoga taught is called Hatha Yoga (traditional Yoga) with some Somatic postures (gentle stretches that help align the spine naturally).
