This meditation class will teach you various basic meditation, visualisation and relaxation techniques. This class is offered in a friendly environment, giving you the opportunity to learn amongst the greatest stress management tools, as well as means to focus your mind and live with greater awareness. This session will provide you with an non-dogmatic overview of all great philosophical traditions and enable you to directly experience their benefits.

The weekly group meditation classes are offered at PranaShanti Yoga Center, at 52 Armstrong Street, Ottawa, Ontario, K1Y 2V7

TUESDAYS: Group meditation classes, Integral Satsang, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM - a 9 week session from January 17th to March 28th, 2012

*NOTE: there are no classes on January 24th, 2012.
