Stress Management:

During a Stress Management workshop you will learn practical tools to cope with daily stresses. Chronic Stress is the major cause of a global epidemic of depressive illnesses and with Heart Disease are considered to be the major health issues of the 21st century. Both are stress-related illnesses. In these workshops we will explain the biology of stress, the cause of fatigue and burnout, and teach valuable and accessible prevention techniques: tools required for living a balanced life.
