MINI YOGA AND MEDITATION RETREAT

Saturday

Noon to 1 PM: Arrival, time to settle in your room.

1 PM: Introduction to the weekend, Deep Breathing exercises, Meditation, Chanting

3 PM: Yoga

4 PM: Brake

4:30 PM: Patanjali Yog Darshan, the philosophy of Yoga and Meditation, on the 8 limbs of Yog, their
value, selected verses. The 8 limbs of Yog are guidelines based on how to handle life in general, with wise advises and inspiring themes. We can say that they are a rich representation of Yoga in a nutshell. You will be left with practical tools, depth and clarity in your practise.

6 PM: A fabulous live vegetarian gourmet meal

7:30 PM to 9: 00 PM: Group activity, discussion, sharing, and introduction to Healing Mantras - Mantras are ancient words that are sung to inspire and transform our body and mind. Those are newly selected mantras never sung before in our retreats. We will provide you with the text and meaning; you will discover the joy and power of ancient mantras.

9 AM: Walk in nature
